We ask all of our customers that we are installing for to complete the below form in order for us to get an understanding as to the site that we will be fitting your building in, to avoid any complications.

Who Will Be Fitting Your Base?

Base Type

Is the base the correct size and shape in full?

Is the base perfectly firm and level in all directions?

Can a bin lorry get close to the property? (approx size of our delivery vehicles)?

Is the access from the delivery location to the base via a side or rear access?

How much parking space is available at your property during the installation?

Are there any parking permits or charges required relating to the build location?

Do we need to be aware of anything listed below?

Is there suitable access to power for the installation team?
