Its very important to have a good base down for your log summerhouse.  There are options available to you such as paving slabs and a concrete base but we highly recommend our ProBASE grid system or a floating timber frame.

A ProBASE grid system works really well if your ground is roughly flat and level.  We can advise if your ground is suitable for this type of base and all you need to do prior to us installing it is take the turf up and rake the ground to as flat and level as you can make it.  Its always a good idea to put a spirit level across it to check this.

If your ground has a slight slope therefore making a ProBASE system unsuitable we would recommend a floating timber frame.
