The Montrose 44 is a lovely model, similar to the Brighton 44, it features a porch area and is made up of tall single windows, providing plenty of natural light to enter the building throughout the day. The Montrose 44 is made up of two rooms, one at 3.27m x 2.41m and the other at 2.34m x 3.61m, great for a home office or even a guest house (measurements are internal).
